The only problem we had was that the air conditioner was very loud. It would turn on frequently, so it was difficult to fall asleep. Also, the shampoo and the conditioner very small. Otherwise, excellent location, great breakfast, very clean.

We enjoyed our two night stay, staff was very welcoming and friendly. What i loved mostly there's a shopping plaza across the street, gas station next door along with Chick-fil-A. Definitely will make future reservations.

The elevator stopped working multiple times and were unable to take stairs so has to wait and missed a dinner. Then the smell of chemicals was overwhelming walking into lobby and in breakfast area. Breakfast was often not set out timely

"I recently stayed at Scottsdale Parkview Resort, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. First, it’s advertised as a “resort,” but it feels much more like a rundown motel. The room was small, and the overall cleanliness was below standard. The property itself appears to be in poor condition—there were holes in the walls, broken light fixtures, and the exterior areas were dirty and unkempt. During our stay, there was no hot water, which made things even worse. The pool was murky and didn’t feel safe or inviting. The weight room was also in bad shape—missing equipment, dirty, with old carpet and poor lighting. To top it off, no refund or compensation was offered despite these issues. Overall, this stay was not enjoyable. I would strongly recommend avoiding this property unless you have absolutely no other options"
