"Very friendly staff, room was great. My only suggestion would be a screen door on the porch to keep bugs out. The weather at night is perfect for open doors, property would save money on electricity as well. Not so sure about safety if doors were kept open at night. Just a thought. In general the hotel is very pleasant with a very convenient location."

"We stayed one night before joining a cruise. Loved the free breakfast and we had a beautiful room up high with a balcony overlooking the city and the water. (though they don't all appear to have balconies). Helpful staff and convenient location, just a short walk down the hill to shopping, restaurants, etc. Just be aware that there's no elevator, so you'll have to carry your suitcase up anywhere from 1-4 flights of stairs. Would love to stay again. "
