"Very clean room. Our room has a pool view, recommended. Pool, hot tub and zacuzi are in the nice courtyard, very nice. Staffing were great helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good enough for us. Location was great if you want to visit the Old Quebec without driving too far. Just drive to the ferry terminal that takes you to the Old Quebec. Highly recommended."

"Location is good and in a nice neighbourhood with easy access to the Plains of Abraham Park and many local restaurants. The restaurant franchise within the hotel was very good for breakfast. However, the hotel is a fair walk from the town but close to the Parliament buildings. The decor needs refreshing, with electric points lose on the walls . The beds are made every day but perhaps staff levels are low as cleaning was basic. Our duvet was replaced when asked as the original was threadbare. However, the views of Quebec, the Citidel and St Lawrence River were unbeatable."

"Place was decent, maybe I expect too much from a four-star hotel. The luggage staff tended to be out and about, so it took a while to check my bags for storage before check in. Overall though, everyone was nice when available and the location is fantastic. The rooms are a tad dated, and the soap dispensers seemed a little cheap, especially with the threading coming off some of the towels etc. Overall it just didn't feel very four-star to me, but a very solid, clean three-star. Didn't use the amenities."
