Beds were soft, comfortable and no disturbance while sleeping. When we checked in/out was not a welcome neither a goodbye, nor a friendly smile. Not bad during the week, but the weekend was busy with very loud people. Lots of door slamming, shouting in the hallways, etc. The room was tired and needed upgrades: sink was cracked, seal on one window was gone so it was difficult to see outside, some flooring in the room was broken and covered with a mat, stains on hallway carpet, only 1 of 4 ice machines worked, overpriced store. The restaurant was good, with good staff. Maybe they should run the hotel.
