"When we first arrived at the hotel, the check-in process was unfortunately quite difficult. We had accidentally booked this hotel, thinking it was the one with the kids’ water park. Since there are four hotels with very similar names, it can be understandably confusing. The front desk agent who checked us in came across as cold and abrupt. She was brief in her responses, barely answered the questions we had, and did not make us feel particularly welcome. The interaction left such a poor first impression that we considered leaving the hotel right away. However, once we entered our room, our experience changed completely. The room was spacious, clean, well-maintained, and beautiful. Every other staff member we encountered, especially the housekeeping team, was exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful. Thankfully, the rest of our stay was wonderful. The indoor pool area was amazing and had a beautiful tropical atmosphere that our family really enjoyed. Overall, we are grateful that we chose to stay, as the majority of our experience was very positive. Our only recommendation would be for the hotel to ensure that the front desk provides a warmer, more welcoming first impression, as it truly sets the tone for a guest’s stay."

"Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille avec nos trois jeunes enfants. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec gentillesse et professionnalisme. La chambre était propre, confortable et répondait parfaitement à nos besoins. Nos enfants ont adoré la piscine ainsi que les activités d'animation offertes à l'hôtel. Cela a vraiment rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. L'emplacement est également idéal, à proximité de l'Aquarium du Québec, du Vieux-Québec et de plusieurs restaurants. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le stationnement gratuit ainsi que l'ambiance chaleureuse et familiale de l'établissement. Merci à toute l'équipe d'avoir contribué à rendre nos vacances à Québec si mémorables. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation à toutes les familles!"
