"Great place to stay when in London. Staff is helpful and friendly. The view of Tower bridge is amazing. There are lot of American tourists in there. The prices for bottled water at a convenience store is 3 times what they are at the airport. So stock up elsewhere. One of the room windows did not open. Otherwise a great place to stay. "
