Welcome to your soon to be best stay in Richmond, VA! Where unlike hotels, the water and coffee are complimentary. Wait, wait, wait! I didn't even mention the putting green in the backyard. Oh my goodness and it has a fenced in backyard for you & your pet to play in? Is this even a real listing at this point?!

Centrally located, 10 minutes from Scott’s Addition, 15 from Short Pump, 15 from downtown, 20-25 from the airport, and quick access to I95 & 64.

Park your car under the carport to stay out of the weather or keep it cool in the heat. Head over to the front door and step into the living room with a Smart TV, a couple of picture books, and couches to relax on after a long day of traveling. Heading into the kitchen you find a coffee cart, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, and sink! Can you believe we have one of those?! Incredible. The laundry room has a washer and you're not going to believe this...you don't have to hang your clothes on a line outside. There is a dryer too! Both bedrooms have queen beds, that are fit for both kings and queens alike. One bedroom has a dedicated desk workspace and the other has one of the most comfortable chairs I have personally ever sat in. Each bedroom also contains a charger on the bedside table that can charge all your tech (phone, smart watch, and wireless headphones) at once. That way when you wake up in the morning you're ready to take on anything that comes your way. Both bedrooms have closets and those super boujee luggage holders. In the bathroom you will find a fully stocked tile niche that has all your body cleaning needs. The dining room is a great spot to enjoy a great meal as well as great conversation. The sunroom has some exercise equipment as well as another dedicated work space! Workout and do you job at the same time if you like! Off the sunroom is a covered deck with a couple chairs looking out on the challenging putting green. Come enjoy this quiet spot today, tomorrow, next week, next month, or next year! Great spot for short term stay

I was there with my family who were visiting with me in Richmond. We had a great time. Also when we encountered a problem (A/C) had a few issues - our host was extremely responsive and helpful. Overall it was a great stay!!

Perfect home away from home

We were in town for a baseball tournament and couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home. Kitchen amenities allowed us to cook and relax at the house between games. Laundry facilities gave us a place to wash uniforms between games. The neighborhood was convenient to everything and very quiet. Easy on/off Rt 64 and Rt 95.
