Incredible modern apartment located on the second floor of a building in front of the beach. Apartment Sivella II has an elegant style and is located in one of the busiest areas of Puerto de Pollença, close to a wide range of stores, bars and restaurants. Not forgetting the incredible sandy beach right outside the door! The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room, terrace and an additional rooftop solarium.
Inside the apartment is modern, stylish and newly decorated to provide a further enhanced holiday experience. In addition, being located in a corner plot, allows the apartment to be full of natural light all day providing a great sense of space and freedom. There are 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, as well as a spacious lounge with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa. The family bathroom has a shower. For the comfort of our guests, the whole apartment is air-conditioned.
Big patio doors lead out to the front terrace, providing breathtaking views over the sandy beach, the promenade and the bay of Pollensa.

Port of Pollencia
We stayed a week during the offseason, it was quiet and relaxing. Enough was open to provide all we needed and enjoyed some fine dining in the neighborhood. We will be back!

Lovely little apartment
The property was clean and easy to find. Just as depicted in the photos, and the location was ideal for walking into Pollença. The only issue we had was that we requested a clean mid-stay, and this did not happen despite confirming it with the property manager. In the end it was OK because we only stayed one more day, but we would have appreciated the clean towels!

A view to remember
Great location. The view and the balcony area was superb. The upstairs solarium area was cordoned off with broken sunloungers etc. We were in Mallorca the previous week and appreciate that there was a pretty violent storm. Our hotel had righted everything by the next day-why not the apartment agent? Also the safe was broken with the batteries on the floor. We ended up repairing it ourselves with strong tape despite being promised that someone would come to fix it on the Monday. If I were the owner I would find new agents. Love the apartment however.

Das Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Ausreichend Platz und Stauraum, toller Blick aufs Meer, super Lage mitten im Ort.
Die Dachterasse haben wir nicht genutzt ,ist aber auch nicht attraktiv, sehr in die Jahre gekommen.Auf keinen Fall so wie auf dem Foto.Wir würden sie bei schönem Wetter nicht nutzen, zumal der Zugang über eine verschlossene Tür nicht gut ist .Der Schlüssel dazu lässt sich kaum drehen.
Das Apartment selber ist ausreichend ausgestattet, es gab Spülmittel und Kaffee, bzw.Teebeutel für den ersten Tag .Das fanden wir sehr gut
Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, allerdings nur in der Vorsaison .Die Miete in der Hochsaison ist zu hoch

Erholung auf Mallorca
Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub in Port de Pollenca. Schönes Apartment mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Auch der Balkon und die Dachterrasse hat uns gut gefallen. Der Ort war in der Vorsaison nicht überlaufen und hatte alles was man braucht. Werden wir bestimmt noch einmal machen.

Port de Pollensa im Winter
Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und enthält alles, was man benötigt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, mit Blick auf das Meer und nur 10 min vom Hafen Port de Pollenca und der Ortsmitte entfernt. Die Promenade vor dem Haus lädt zu längeren Spaziergängen ein - sie erstreckt sich insgesamt über ca. 4 km. Zwischen Meer und Haus verläuft eine Straße, die aber eine Einbahnstraße ist. Der Verkehr war ruhig, und die Straße hat nicht gestört.
Da wir im Winter dort waren, wollten wir eine Wohnung mit Dachterrasse haben, um die Sonne bestmöglich nutzen zu können. Allerdings benötigt man im Winter die Klimaanlage zum Heizen der Wohnung (es gibt keine andere Heizung) - und diese steht just auf der Dachterrasse und ist so laut, dass es keine Freude ist, sich dann dort überhaupt aufzuhalten. So haben wir die Dachterrasse so gut wie gar nicht genutzt. Jedoch gibt es einen Balkon mit Meerblick, der von ca. 10.00 Uhr - 15.30 Uhr Sonne hat - das hat uns dann etwas versöhnt, auch wenn man die Klimaanlage dort immer noch hört.
Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub in dieser Wohnung, wobei wir den Preis (fast 1.500 Euro für 8 Tage) nicht angemessen fanden.
