The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The lobby was very inviting with the fireplace on. There was coffee and water available, if needed. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pool areas were very nice, also. My husband and I will definitely return.

They don’t cleen the room during my stay, bottle of hand soap, shower gel and conditioner were empty and no one comes to refill them. Hot tub was very cold.
