For relaxing downtime moments, there’s a quaint sofa sitting area (that opens to a single bed if flexible sleep space is needed or for a 3rd guest) and a flatscreen Smart TV. You’ll have full, exclusive access to the studio apartment and shared access to the building’s amenities.



The Neighborhood:

You’ll be steps from Calle Corazón shops and restaurants, Quinta Alegría 2-story mall, and just a half block from the famous 5th Avenue pedestrian walk street lined with restaurants, bars, cafes, boutique shops, souvenir shops, malls and more! A few steps further (about 1.5 blocks), you’ll be at the beach, and you can walk to many cool beach clubs/restaurants via the sand!



Getting Around:

The condo is located at the A Perfect Place condo complex, about 55 km | 34 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Please be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive, as driving time varies depending on the time of day.



Other Things to Note:

Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.



- The jacuzzi heater is temporarily out of service.

- Playa is growing, and there’s ongoing construction nearby. You’re likely to hear construction noise during working hours, Monday through Saturday, from 8 am to 6 pm.

- There is NO parking at the complex but a nearby lot charges by the day. You can also park on the street. Just remember to pay the parking meter (from 10 am to 10 pm) and display your ticket.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- Electricity is included in short-term stays. For long-term stays over 27 days, there is an electricity charge of $6 MXN per kW (according to the meter reading at your arrival and departure).

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.

- Please note that the multi-purpose machine in the gym is temporarily out of service.

- Remember to bring your bath essentials with you, like soap, toilet paper and any cleaning supplies you may need, like garbage bags or paper towels. We do supply some bath essentials to get you started, like shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. These items are not replenished each time you run out. This stay differs from hotel service. Here, these items are the guest's responsibility.



Interaction with Guests:

It’s self-check-in using a code to access the complex and a code for the lockbox to get the keys. All the access codes will be provided to you before your arrival.



You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message!
