Éramos seis adultos y un bebé, y en general el acomodo fue razonable, cómodo y adecuado para nuestro grupo. El servicio fue atento y rápido cuando lo necesitamos, y desde el principio sentimos un ambiente familiar, acogedor y tranquilo. Es una propiedad que invita a relajarse y disfrutar verdaderamente de Cozumel. Para mí, uno de los mayores encantos del resort es su entorno natural. La naturaleza es la gran anfitriona del lugar, y el servicio complementa esa experiencia con calidez y hospitalidad.
