Sea Star - 1BR Summertime Condo at Litchfield

Great 2nd floor 1 bedroom - 1 bathroom condo in Summerhouse overlooking the resort style pool with lazy river and children's "water park" area. Perfect for a family, couple or small group of friends who want a full eat-in kitchen and separate living room. You can walk about 1/2 mile to the beautiful private Litchfield Beach from the condo - just follow the well manicured paths. This condo is a part of the resort and you will receive a gate pass to allow access to the gated portion of the resort. Private resort beach parking with rinse off showers & bathrooms, tennis and pickleball courts & fishing piers are other amazing features!

We offer a keyless entry check-in, so no need to go to registration desks. This is self check-in process.

It is best to have a car and there is free parking onsite. Walk or bike to the ocean or other onsite amenities. Make sure to try some of the amazing local restaurants or take a day trip to Myrtle Beach (30 minutes north) or Charleston (1 and 1/2 hours south).

*Dog friendly for an additional $150 fee, processed closer to the time of stay.
*Please note our cancellation policy below. If you choose to cancel, processing fees will be applied.
*PLEASE read the rental agreement before signing. We strive to have each property working in perfect order, however, we can not guarantee that each appliance, a/c, wifi and/or cable will continue to work properly. Once reported, we will make every reasonable effort to assist with repairs in a timely manner. We can not assist with all non-emergencies after business hours, but will promptly respond the next day.
*We strongly encourage travel insurance for rentals during the Hurricane season time frame- June 1st- November 30th. During this timeframe we ONLY refund cancellations if there is a state of emergency ordinance for our area or a mandatory evacuation. For cancellations due to weather conditions, we strive to work with you to reschedule your stay.
*Pools are managed by the HOA. HOA determines the pool hours of operation. We are not responsible for the temporary closure of the pools due to repairs.

Lovin' Litchfield

We stayed 4 nights. It was 1 bedroom, but the two beds in there accomodated us just fine. The condo was very nice. My daughter loved the pool and lazy river area. It didn't seem the pool was vacuumed with the amount of leaves and sand in it, but not a huge deal. The staff checking us in was always nice. The pass to get to the beach within the resort was nice and just a very short drive. A laundry area was provided with a small fee for use. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Great spot for a spontaneous getaway

We stayed for three nights and it was great. The condo is clean, well located and nicely decorated. I was a little worried the pool area would be just for a little kids, but it was nice for all ages. The beach access point is beautiful and the entire Litchfield by the sea area is beautifully maintained. The bathroom is nicely updated in place but very nice. The keypad lock with a huge plus. We will be back!

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect getaway for us, overlooking the expansive water park in the beautiful Litchfield by the Sea complex. There's a short and very beautiful walk to the beach. The property was spotless and well furnished.
