Beautiful grounds

The condo was a god size. There were not many pots/pans to cook even a small breakfast and the interior was dated. The window coverings didn’t open and close all the way. The grounds and location were beautiful and again, the size of the condo was nice. Beds were comfortable, but again the interior was dated and minimal

Beautiful house and great community!

Had the best time staying at Pia's place. The house was great (spacious kitchen/living room, cute decor, clean, comfortable) and we loved that it was such a short walk to a heated pool and jacuzzi! Pia was such a nice host, she was incredibly responsive and accommodating for our entire stay. Check-in was very easy and getting in/out of the gated entrance was straightforward. Would love to return for our future trips to the desert! Fully recommend!

Good location with beautiful outdoor view.Disappointed in some things:-no coffee maker (we purchased one and left at condo)-too many personal items in drawers, closets, shelves inconvenient for renters-dated interior 1980s(?) with analog microwave and older appliances. No BBQ-linens were unsatisfactory needed to upgrade for beds including towels.-less than adequate kitchen utensils (we purchased spatulas etc at store.-no remote control for garage door -small TV in living room

DATED PROPERTY NEEDING UPDATE

Host was great. Most accommodating. BUT the dated property has NO updates. Comfortable and fabulous view. BUT you wait hours (seems like) for hot water, take longer for a cup of coffee, squint for the 32” main TV, etc. Stupid paying all the fees including A CR CARD FEE - CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?? Bit overpriced because of these matters and especially hige VRBO fees. But the view made the price bearable.

Great location and view

We came down for a few days of golf and loved the location and the view from the patio sitting outside. This place had almost everything we needed. We did miss not having a bbq. My only suggestion might be to make space in the closets to hang clothes and move some of the flower baskets off the bathroom counters. We enjoyed our visit and would book this place again.

Lovely location! Quiet property with beautiful lake/fountain views. Very clean and comfortable, although linens, dishes, and some appliances are quite outdated.

Gorgeous view, comfortable living space.

I have stayed at another property in the same area and the view from this one was spectacular. Clearview, the mountains, and the little golf club lakes were very pretty, and the golfers were far enough away not to be intrusive. The layout of the condo is excellent. Pia, the manager took pains to have her cleaning lady come and take the substantial dirt away after a big dust storm. She was very helpful and communicated well. The appliances and furnishings were a bit dated, but it did not interfere with being comfortable and useful. Pia tells me she will be updating some things in the near future. She is a delightful host.

Great spot—one small issue

Everything about this stay was five stars (cleanliness, location, amenities) except the fact that we discovered an in-property security camera that was surveying the living room. Our communication with the host had been excellent until the moment when we inquired about the camera, and requested to disable it—at which point we never heard from them until after our stay had ended. While I’m sure it was an oversight, it was an unpleasant element of an otherwise five-star VRBO stay.

Golf and pools!

Our stay was wonderful! We enjoyed golfing with family, lots of time by the pool, slow mornings sipping coffee out on the patio, and dinner dates at the many nearby restaurants. This condo is in a desirable location, has an excellent view, and is well cared for. It had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect for my needs!

I was in town for the Indian Wells tennis tournament and needed a place close by that was clean and comfortable. Pia's place was perfect! The club has a lot of amenities that I didn't get to try, but I hope to return soon.

Palm Valley

Very good experience. Owners responsive and accommodating to an early check-in. Home was very clean for this mid-80’s decorated property. Fully furnished. Wish they’re could have been a grill and also some furniture in the outdoor veranda area. Great views. We love Palm Valley .
