"Every one of the staff were excellent! Kind, helpful, friendly. The place was immaculate, super clean. The room was a bit small but we knew this when we booked it at at a fairly reasonable price. The hotel is in the Queensway section, a few blocks from Kensington Gardens, so we used the Bayswater station of the Circle line underground every day. Very easy to use with a simple tap of our credit card. We loved the Pembridge!"
