My husband and I selected this property for the last 3 nights of a 2 week England trip, and it was the perfect place to stay as our last experience in the country. It was in a great location, a block from the Bayswater Tube (which is one stop from Paddington station), and on that same block was coffee, pizza, bakeries, 2 markets and much more. Because it was on a side street it was very quiet and shaded by lots of trees. There is an outdoor sitting area that many guests, (especially families) used for food or games. Our room was quiet and large. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was well cleaned, Staff were friendly. Breakfast could do with more cooked items. Had a few little issues like noise nuissance, door card not working constantly & water top ups had to be requested, which were all eventually sorted to be fair. Excellent to visit London, not too busy. Everything within walking disctance.
