Hyatt Grand Central New York
"You cannot beat the location! Especially if you are traveling with kiddos and luggage. With proximity to the subway. I wish I would have known or got little “tips and tricks” from the front desk for example: about the semiprivate hallways from the subway to the hotel entrance. The credit for the cafe was a nice added perk but I would suggest some drink choice upgrades. The room was clean and small which is to be expected in New York but the bathroom wasn’t very clean. It seems like it was stained or needed an upgrade. Overall we had a great experience visiting New York! The cold AC was such a nice smack as soon as you came off the streets of NYC."
