I loved the water with electrolytes that came with the room. The cleaners did an exceptional job. The location was good and convenient for the Newark airport. I was a little surprised I had to pay a $25 resort fee per day on top of the Expedia price which really didn't include anything extra. I might have picked a different place if I knew the price would be $75 more since the price was a major factor for my selection. The grab and go had excellent non alcoholic beverage selection but I was disappointed that they only had three kinds of white wine and no red option. Overall satisfied with my stay.

Our stay was awesome got a welcome drink and discounts from our drinks from the bar check in was smooth the security and all were helpful and welcoming I’m however giving a 4 because I did not like my check out experience I was standing there waiting for the associate and she looked me in the eyes and told me to come to the other side and when I did she tried to help another lady and her daughter before me telling me that they were there before me even when I said no I was here before and you saw me and told me to come on the other side so I did not like that hotel needs to do something about that

Got in an hour early before check in but they held our stuff and we were able to get lunch in the city and head back. Check in itself was easy and staff were friendly! The room itself is a bit small but very clean and we only really needed it to sleep and shower during our stay so we didn’t mind it much. The elevators are a bit small and slow so be mindful of that. Location was really good for us - only a 10-15 min walk to Times Square and super close to lots of food spots/subway. Check out was also easy. Overall would recommend this place to stay in NYC for short trips!

Voco Times Square is a very chic and centrally located hotel just a few steps from Penn Station. I stayed here for the Hyrox race at Pier 76 over the weekend and it couldn't be more perfect. It was about an 18 min walk from the venue and surrounded by plenty of healthy food options. The facities were great between the water dispeners, gym, the very stylish lounge area and cute bar. The room was a generous size for NYC standards and the AC worked excellently! I got a perfect sleep before my race. Everyone working there were so friendly and helpful. I would gladly stay here again during my next visit.
