Great service but had Bed Bugs & Lice !!

The hotel Staff were extremely kind & polite. But the stay of the hotel wasn’t a good experience. Out of the 5 nights I stayed, only 1 night our room was cleaned when I requested for all 5 days. Also, the 1 night wasn’t even clean, they just made the bed. The worst part of the stay was the bed Bugs, my girlfriend went home with lice & bed bugs in her head and on her clothes.

Nothing impressive. For a new building, there were definite signs of water damage throughout. Also, the linens were coarse and pillows uncomfortable. The area the hotel is located isn’t ideal. Quite a walk from the hotel to the subway.

The people... especially the very kind people in check-in, are caring, responsive and helpful. If i might make a suggestion for the ownership- the wheel chair ramp / handicapped walker ramp gets up near the building entrance but the door opens outward. Outward prevents a handicapped person from entering.
