Amazing stay!

Took a girls trip here with my 2 best friends and the property is exactly like the photos! Very clean and updated inside with super comfy beds and a big comfy couch. The host was wonderful and very easy to get ahold of. The home is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a beach day which was a short walk down the road. Would definitely stay here again and reccomend to others!

Relaxing getaway

We wanted to get away and relax in comfort. This was the perfect little spot. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The front porch was a great place to bird watch in the mornings with a cup of coffee. Great location close to great restaurants and more. Beth was a great host.

We loved this house and location! A short drive to restaurants/shopping and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The host was great to work with and the house was clean and had what we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful long weekend with our family of 4 here. Property was spotless, hot tub was very clean, kids loved their bedroom, kitchen was well stocked and the beach was a very short walk. Host was amazing! Best host we’ve ever had. The beach was beautiful!! Lots of restaurants and things to do less than 15 min drive. Would love to come back again!

Girl weekend

I took my mother, daughter, and one of her friends for a two night stay. This was absolutely perfect! Charming, cute, clean, every amenity you could want and the location (about a 3 block walk and typical Lake Michigan staircase) to the beach cannot be beat, easy little drive to New Buffalo or Union Pier. I don’t want to say too much because I want to keep this gem for myself!

Such an amazing location

I absolutely love the location of this house, the walk to the beach is very short and the beach never had more than 10 people on it (weather was not amazing during our stay). New buffalo is such a cool town, we loved how laid back everything was. The one thing I'll note is that the town basically closes at 9:30pm, we arrived late on our first night and had to backtrack 20ish minutes to a larger town to get groceries. The communication from the host was phenomenal and every detail was thought through at this house. I had never been to lake Michigan before but all we've talked about on the car ride home is how soon we'll be coming back!

A perfect place to stay

This home was perfect for our stay in New Buffalo! Our family of four loved the home and used it well. The home is well thought out and comes filled with everything you need for a stay -the owner has truly thought through all of the aspects to creating a cozy getaway home. The mosquitos made outdoor play and relaxation a bit hard, we had to double down on bug repellent and therefore didn’t enjoy outdoor time as often as we may have otherwise. Otherwise it was great. A short walk to the beach access and enough tree cover to feel like you’re hidden away even when there are actually quite a few houses nearby. We enjoyed our stay here.

Could not have been better!

I can't say enough good things about Beth & her property - spotlessly clean, everything practically brand-new, every amenity we were looking for & more (she's literally thought of everything!) & flawless communication. She went above & beyond to accommodate our every request (was there an extension cord here? No, but she'd drop one off. Is there a trick to the grill? No but she'd come look at it. Trouble w/ the entry code? She came out & changed the batteries & brought extra keys (even though the code confusion was 100% our fault!) She even treated us to dinner to 'make up' for what was truly a minor inconvenience - so generous. 12 out of 10 we would stay here again! Thank you Beth!

A perfect stay!

The “cottage” is adorable!! Clean, well decorated and nicely organized. I wish we could have stayed two weeks! It had Everything you could ever want! Even a very clean nice hot tub. Towels were fluffy and beds were comfy! I highly recommend staying there:) I do hope we can come back soon!

Romantic setting

This is the ideal space for an intimate get away with your partner. Quiet neighborhood with just a .3 mile walk to the private beach which is absolutely stunning! The home was cozy and comfortable. Truly a gem of a place! Host was very responsive when we had questions. Would certainly consider renting again.

Very accommodating and great location!

I recently stayed at Beth’s cottage with my husband and toddler. Beth has truly thought of everything and the cottage had everything we needed. The backyard area is great. The beach is very close and there is a wagon to help carry everything. Downtown New Buffalo is about 2 miles away and it is a very nice walk if it’s not too hot. Beth even provided a great list of things to do in the area. We will definitely be back!

Great home - will visit again!

We had a fantastic time in New Buffalo during our weekend stay at this wonderful cottage. Everything was fully stocked and then some, they have thought of everything! For the beach there were towels, chairs, a wagon all ready to go along with tons of yard games and a fire pit and the hot tub was so clean. We loved cuddling with our kids on the window seat overlooking the backyard and had meals in the sunroom. The beach is very close just a quick walk down the street and it was never busy even on a beautiful weekend with perfect weather. We are planning our next trip back and hope to stay here again, thank you for sharing your home with us.
