When we arrived, there were bugs all over the bed. The next morning when we tried to shower, there was no hot water. No contact attempted by the hotel manager regarding our concerns.

The room was excellent. Harry at the front desk was excellent but had too much on his plate. Roof top pool was barely adequate and no alcohol allowed. Breakfast was not worth 7.50 let alone a 40.00 value and there were too many people fighting for food. Several of the staff thought they understood english but didnt...brought our car when i just asked for a link to make sure they has my car. Short staffed. Again Henry did the best he could do with all his tasks. Got 2 bath washes..no shampoo..no big deal but worth mentioning. Advertise as beachfront but it is not even close. False representation. Would not stay again although it was affordable.

Hotel Stay Feedback The bed sheets were very old and need to be replaced. We were charged pool fees without being asked if we were using the facilities. The breakfast was not good, and the fee per couple was very expensive for such a basic meal.

The front desk lady and the guy that assist us in our 2 days stay are really nice and really courteous to help you. cleaners make sure you have new towels. breakfast team handle the crowd pretty good. Love the free drinks from the bar. Overall, definitely will come again and recommend it. Only idea i suggest is maybe put the right designated area for smoking area, my bf and I was enjoying sitting at the porch at night and smokers using both side of porch smoking. Theres a sign of no smoking in the wall but in the trash can, it says u can smoke in that area, it contradicts it. But other than that. Everything else is great.

Collin’s street can’t be called quiet, but rooms toward the back are pretty quiet, except for the cleaning crew at 8am in the morning. Loud talking, doors slamming. Crew needs to consider guests in the rooms. Front desk, front door and bar service were excellent. Parking valet left a bit to be desired. Nonetheless we’d stay here again. Easy walk to the Filmore and lots of restaurants.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms but fairly dated. No plug sockets near the bed meant charging phones and other devices on the other side of the room. Pool small but nice for a few hours in the sun. Breakfast was chaotic and basic, but appreciated it being included.
