"The hotel was clean and bed was comfortable. The room was reserved at about 3 or 4pm. We arrived about 7pm on a very warm day. The 2nd floor room was 88 degrees when we arrived and took many, many hours to cool down. The ac should have been turned on well before we arrived to start cooling down."
