Staff was the best-- we requested a room change because there was a very noisy little dog right next door to our (adjoining) room and our dogs were not thrilled. They were very accommodating and quickly moved us to a different room that allowed our stay/evening to be much quieter and for us to get a good night's sleep given we had a long drive next day. Rooms and hotel itself a little dated, but that is OK-- it was very clean, and plus we had our pups with us.
