Total disappointment , Beware !!
We literally had no where to park at this place , the host said to park on the street ? No way when you have a new vehicle, the stairway is extremely steep . We told the host we could not stay there without a parking place and the stairs were way to steep ( not as advertised) yard was unkempt, plus a high school is right behind the house ( very noisy as well . The host agreed to refund our money , well that was a lie , she never responded to my text again or would not respond to VRBO that I contacted about my situation. I had taken out the travel insurance, but they as well would not issue me a refund, so don’t waste your time with CSA travel ins either . We had to spend two hrs hunting another place to stay after a 6 hr drive . We were so disappointed because we were there to celebrate my 70th birthday by going to Graceland and thought this would be a perfect place for a girl’s trip . However it was so misleading and the host should have been honest and said she was not going to refund our money if she didn’t plan too ! I have spent numerous hrs trying to contact her and VRBO , plus dealing with the travel insurance. People just need to be honest about their rental places and stick to their word so tourists do not have to deal with such frustrating issues . not stay there .
