Our house is perfect for guests seeking a beach vibe space and a true Melbourne experience. The place is decorated with playful beach decor in an open layout making it an inviting and chill place ready to serve you and your family.

Featuring 2 full bathrooms, we also provide a starter kit of essentials such as: towels, hand towels, hair dryers, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bath tissues. As the paper towels and bath tissue supply may not be enough for your entire stay, you may wish to purchase additional toiletries to suit your needs.

+ Main Bathroom: includes a bathtub for the kids.

★ KITCHEN & DINING ★
After a long day enjoying the beach, our modern kitchen will welcome you with a dining area overlooking to the pool. With all the equipments provided, you will find everything you need for cooking and enjoying meals together with your love ones. The K-cup coffee machine will help you start a day fresh and energetic. We also prepare the hot chocolate powder for the kids.

Appliances include a French door fridge/freezer, stove & oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle and blender. The cabinets are also stocked with pots & pans, bakeware, utensils, mixing bowls, dishes, glasses, silverware, coffee mugs, dish soap & tablets, sponges, trash bags, hand towels.

★ LIVING ROOM ★
With open layout, the kitchen and dining area connects to the living room, where you will find a comfortable sofa, two chairs, a Smart TV, windows throughout. This space is illuminated by natural light and is the ideal place for board games, movie nights, or just spending quality time with loved ones.

★ LAUNDRY ★
We have an in-unit laundry room with washer and dryer.

★ OUTDOOR SPACE ★
Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail at the outdoor sofa set. If you have children, it is also an ideal place to watch them swimming while enjoying your drinks.

★ SWIMMING POOL ★
The swimming pool depth is varied from 3ft to 7ft so please be careful when using it, especially with children. It is featured with 2 chaise lounger chairs. Please read the swimming pool rules.
The pool is maintained by a professional company once a week, so please understand depending on check in days the condition upon arrival will vary slightly. The pool is not heated, so the water temperature will be varied depending on the time of the day and the time of year.

★ ESSENTIALS ★
The entire home is equipped with WiFi and air conditioning, so you’ll always be cool and connected. There is also a ceiling fans in the living room for an extra breeze. Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the private driveway.

★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★
For security enhancement, we have two cameras installed: one on top of the front door overlooking the front yard access, another one on top of the carport watching over the carport and the backyard access from outsiders.
