"The Heron House was pleasant, cozy, and comfortable. The room was well furnished and clean. The A/C worked great. Kept the room comfortable. Didn't get to try the pool, but it looked clean and very well-maintained. The property was centrally located and gave easy access to many attractions in the city. The only real downside was parking, as it is not on location. Though free parking is available, you may find yourself walking several blocks to get to your room. All in all, we'd go back, though maybe during a cooler season."

"Love the daily activity texts. Ordered the filet at Beachside cafe on the property because I received a $30 food voucher. Cooked to perfection and delicious. Location was great! Ana’s cafe was few steps from the resort and had great brunch! Will be staying if I ever come back to Key West."

"One of the things I miss the most about our trip was staying at The Bishop. We opted for room 26 for the biggest private balcony and it was amazing. I’m pretty sure it had the highest ceilings as well, making it that much bigger and better. The staff was always available and accommodating. If you don’t want housekeeping, they leave a bag of fresh towels, etc, outside the room. A breakfast offering that had croissants and the best bagels ever, vs. cereal and toast. I love warm and walk-right-in pools vs. my husband preferring “not-bath-water-warm”, yet we both agreed that the temperature was perfect. Drinks by the pool were made the way they should be. Not weak to cut costs, but not so strong you can’t enjoy a night on Duval. We arrived Monday and left Saturday. If you prefer more quiet, Monday-Wednesday is the time. Most people checked in Thursday and the vibe picked up. I don’t remember seeing a jacuzzi in the amenities and was more than excited to find they have one off of the main pool. The walk is a couple of blocks away from a grocery store which was very convenient. You were given a code to enter the property so it felt safer and you didn’t have to worry about forgetting a keycard."
