Packed breakfast as organised as departure was 5am. Fire alarm came on just after midnight, and no advice was announced, to go back to sleep. A bit disturbing but too sleepy to climb down the fire stairs to find out if there was really a fire !

Checked in at club room is a plus. Huge club lounge with fab views. Cons: no more premium champagne which we were looking forward to. We weren’t told what we were served when we asked for champagne. When approached to see what they were, found out it was sparkling wine and was told it was from Spain which was rather odd - not a cava but sparkling chardonnay (from Spain apparently….).Staff members serving drinks need to be more transparent and well trained in this regard. Food and drinks were no longer premium. Spread were a lot more premium in the past.Bring back the Bollinger!"
