Room space and amenities. Housekeeping was excellent. Very nice bar. Staff were friendly even with limited English. Enjoyed the private bath. Great location near to old Karuizawa street. Quiet luxury to sum up description of this boutique hotel.

The room was different from the photos shown online. The layout was not the same nor the furniture shown. However it was clean and had all the basic amenities.
