This modern furnished 42 square meter two-room apartment is located in the 1st. Upstairs. The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, a. 3 Person a place to sleep (width 1.50 m) provides, as well as a table and a relaxing chair. Flat TV and radio are standard. The open kitchen is fully integrated in the living room with oven / stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave etc. equipped. The dining area for three persons is located in the light-filled loggia, which is oriented to the southeast. The bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200) arranged to a double bed, sufficient wardrobe space and a flat screen TV. The bathroom with window is equipped with a shower and sink / toilet. A parking space is available in the parking garage (about 50m) available.  Small pets are welcome.

Herrlich zum Runterkommen und Erholen

Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht um ein paar entspannte Tage zu verbringen. Gemütlich, komfortabel und sauber. Einkaufen, shoppen, essen gehen, alles fusslöufig. Das Meer und der Strand praktisch vir der Nase. An der Promenade immer was los, ein superschöner Markt mit Kubsthandwerkern, regionalen Produkten und so vielen schönen Sachen, auf jeden Fall als wir da waren, nach Ostern. Wir hatten sehr schöne, entspannte Tage und konnten sogar problemlis noch einen Tag verlängern.

Eine sehr schöne, moderne Unterkunft,es hat mir sehr gefallen das im Schlafzimmer auch ein TV Gerät vorhanden war.Eine sehr zuvorkommende Agentur.... Immer wieder gern!!!

Unterkunft und Parkhaus

Bis auf das Schlafzimmer wo das Bett nicht in diesem Schlafzimmer stehen sollte sonst gut .Für ältere Leute ist die Treppe ein Risiko .Das Parkhaus hat ein Problem der Fahrstuhl geht nicht und man muß immer runter und hoch laufen auch als älterer Mensch ganz schlecht .Schade

Tolle kleine Whg. mit Schönheitsfehlern

Schöne Whg. für 2 Personen...jedoch direkt an einer Hauptstrasse und gegenüber einer kath. Kirche - also etwas laut. Tiefkühlfach fehlt. Ansonsten alles prima. Besonders Wohnküche und Bad. Tolle Verwaltung, die jederzeit für uns da war.
