Hotels with Free Breakfast in Hampton

"The complimentary shuttle was not running the night we arrived in Atlanta at 1:30 am eventhough we were told it runs until 3 am. It is convenient to the airport but when the shuttle isn't running thats not very convenient. Fortunately a competitor's hotel service took us to our hotel and we tipped him. We told the front desk representative and she was very unapologetic and was quick to remind us that the shuttle was complimentary. Furthermore, she offered the gentleman in front of us a bottle of water, but not me and my family and we are Rewards members. When I asked if the hotel could cover the tip that I gave to the other hotel's shuttle driver, the front desk reminded me again that it is a complimentary service. On a positive note, the morning shuttle ride back to the airport was fantastic and the driver was extremely professional. "
