At this propert you'll enjoy the traditional arquitecture and minimalist style which includes an indoor garage that can be converted in a cozy garden. Although this is a tranquile neighborhood, the house is equipped with 3 (outside) cameras for extra security. The community has its own taxi service company and dozens of stores like bakeries, grocery stores/bodegas, restaurants, laundries, babershops, dental clinics, liquor store, and much more reacheable by foot including Samanes Park (14 minutes walk). Since Mall de Norte is across the Francisco de Orellana highway we strongly reccomend not to walk there but to get there by car.
