This home has been completely updated over the last 5 years from floor to ceiling, and boasts many fantastic features to enjoy! Central air, tankless water heater, outdoor play set for kiddos, fire pit, garage parking (1-stall), and fully renovated kitchen and bathrooms.

The first level contains the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with a queen bed. The second level contains the remaining 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and washer/dryer.

Notable spaces:
The kitchen comes completely stocked with all the amenities you need to make a delicious home-cooked meal! Keurig duo plus coffee maker, with Caribou coffee beans provided. Small appliances include: crockpot, air fryer, electric skillet, waffle maker, ice cream maker, toaster, hand mixer and electric kettle. Many kitchen essentials also included, such as: ice cream scoop, bottle opener, pots and pans, wine glasses, baking dishes, etc. If there is anything you'll be needing during your stay, don't hesitate to ask - we'll do our best to provide you what you need, but it may be in the kitchen already!

The spacious master suite features a king-sized bed with walk-in closet and private master bath with tub/shower. A pack n' play and iron/ironing board are stored in the closet. The room also has a desk and chair if a home office is needed.

The living room features a reclining sectional sofa, comfortable chairs, and a smart tv.

In an upstairs bedroom, you'll find a full sized arcade machine, NBA Jam, circa 1998! Battle with the other members of your group for the top score! In that same bedroom, you'll find a small collection of toys for kids ages 0-6, and a toddler safety bed-rail.

The outdoor space has a playset in the backyard with slide and swings, a fire pit available for use, and a moderate sized front porch (that will have patio furniture during the warmer months). A 1-car garage will be available to park in.

**Please note that overnight street parking is not permitted Nov.-March (12am-6am), and guests must park in garage and driveway during winter months during the night. There is space for 3 vehicles.**

Great Stay in Cloquet

Highly recommend this property! It was exactly as described and thoughtfully stocked with amenities like shampoo, conditioner, Tums, aspirin, and more. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with quick access to state parks, a casino, grocery stores, and other conveniences. The bedding and pillows were incredible—possibly the best any of us have ever slept on! We all slept like logs and woke up completely refreshed. Would definitely stay here again!

Home away from home

We had a lovely stay at Brandon’s place. It was spacious and inviting for our large group. Everything you might need was included or a short drive away. The beds were some of the most comfortable I have used and the soft blankets and luscious towels were delightful. I would recommend anyone who gets a chance to stay, they should consider Brandon’s place.

Great Stay

We stayed here during a hockey tournament. It was clean, close to the rink, and very cute! Only issue was main floor bathroom had cold shower. Host was quickly to respond to messages. No issues. Would stay again.

Winter get away 2025

My family of 6 had a very good time here! The house was clean well organized and decorated very nicely. The hosts were very friendly and kind. They also put a lot of work in updating the house and it was so nice I could live there we went tubing while we were there and went to Jay cook state park. The area is beautiful and the neighborhood is awesome.
