"This property is absolutely horrendous. It looked really sketchy upon arrival but we still went ahead and checked in, got the room key, but upon entering the room…we immediately did a sweep and was like hell no. Place is falling apart. Literally part of the wall in the bathroom was missing. Black mold questionable. I honestly think this place could be condemned."

"• Substandard cleanliness — Overall cleanliness throughout the hotel was noticeably poor. • Broken elevators — One elevator was completely out of service, and the other was barely functioning. • Filthy stairs — Because the elevators didn’t work, we had to use stairs that were extremely dirty. • No real lobby — There was no actual lobby; only the breakfast area, and after breakfast all chairs were stacked, leaving zero seating for guests. • Misleading room photos — Pictures showed sofas and couches, but our room had no seating at all. • Door wouldn’t close — The room door only closed if you forced it hard, likely due to uneven flooring or misalignment; kids couldn’t close it. • Peeling wall surface — The wall near the ceiling had peeled off, giving the room a neglected appearance. • Broken commode seat — The toilet seat was broken, adding to the list of maintenance issues. • Unprofessional front desk — Staff handed us bath tissue instead of facial tissue. • Poor value for the price — The stay was far too expensive for the quality provided. • Brand disappointment — I previously had a good impression of La Quinta, but this location did not meet the brand’s standards."

"For a place to lay your head at night it is what it is. If you're expecting anything more than a bed, microwave and fridge, go elsewhere. The staff were very accommodating resetting the room keys which deactivated each night...they we kept away from phones or other cards."

"Mold in the bathroom and the tub wouldn’t drain. The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable. There were stains on the towels and the sheets. The room also smelled liked someone had been smoking and then tried to cover it up with cleaning products. The parking situation isnt great but also isnt the worst. It was hard to find parking when you got back later at night and half the parking spots weren’t large enough for a standard sized sedan."
