"The hotel is located at the east end of the Malecon. A casino is part of the building. The hotel is designed as suites with kitchen furnished with microwave. sink and a fridge. Kitchewares are also provided. Cleanliness is one of my issue as the room has a lot of moldy part in floor corners. I was given a unit with a terrace right above the parking floor and along the busy main street and so it was very noisy 24 hours. The windows do not have a black out curtains and the street lights illuminate the room the whole night. the toilet and bathwoon is small and tight especially when you are sitting on the bowl. They provided two complimentary bottled water, two small soap and shampoo. Airconditioing, wi-fi and hot water are all working well. They have a safe which is quite complicated to open and closed. The area, being right in downtown area safe and where you can start your walk iin malecon. Since I didn't get a good rest due to the street lights and noise of traffic outside, I may stay in this hotel again but not choose a room facing the streets. "

"Great place for a couple days, area is excellent if your wanting the Malecon, Romantic Xone all very walkable. Breakfast is not to my liking. Same food choices everyday and small. Orange juice is not nice. Staff were not able to keep up so pretty much go in and figure it out especially if you want coffee. I helped myself and just found what I needed. Cleaning ladies were fantastic. Pool is smaller but kept clean and worked for us. Beachfront is very rocky but hey Mother Nature! Worth paying for the oceanfront rooms. "

"Could use some updating. Black out blinds should be replaced as they are well used! Lamps need updating, not Glued to be fixed. Need windows to be Sound Proofed! Hate the memory foam cause it’s hot, so could use a better quality mattress protector- a Cooling type."

"Had problems with leaky toilet but got moved to another room. Only 2 bath towels in the room...no face cloths or hand towels supplied. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Nice to have a restaurant with bar on site. Within walking distance to shops a d restaurants."
