Fantastic two-storey house with separate entrances, ideal for two families. On the main floor, it has a large kitchen with island open to the dining room, living room with large windows and access to the garden with pool, bathroom and three bedrooms: one suite with dressing room and private bathroom, and two double bedrooms.

The upper floor offers a spacious living-dining room with kitchen and terrace overlooking the sea, plus two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Equipped with split air conditioning, ducted heating and solar panels, and facing south, it is a bright and sunny house.

As for the rooms, the house has a modern dining room, kitchen with large table, and five bedrooms: one with bunk bed, one suite with private bathroom, two double bedrooms and one with desk and access to terrace. It also has a complete bathroom with shower, private garden, swimming pool, terrace and barbecue.

The villa is located in Canet de Mar, a charming modernist village 10 minutes walk from the beach and promenade, ideal for walks and sports. The area also offers hiking trails to El Montnegre and Corredor. With excellent public transport links to Barcelona and the Costa Brava, it is the perfect place to enjoy tourism, relaxation and nature.
