Nice property, but we were kicked out of our room by a man next door who was flight crew who claimed he couldn’t sleep because he could hear us talking, mind you it was 10:00 am and we were speaking in normal voices. Staff at the front desk didn’t really offer any type of resolution or discount for the inconvenience. They still have a hold on my deposit even though I settled the bill at the end paying in mxn pesos.

5 Stars – Unforgettable Stay at Almare Resort! We had an amazing time at Almare Resort! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was incredible—relaxing, vibrant, and full of good energy. The food and drinks were top-tier, but what truly set this trip apart was the staff. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and always smiling, making us feel like we were right at home. The property itself is stunning—beautiful views, spotless grounds, and a peaceful vibe throughout. Special shoutout to Alan and a few others on the team who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their hospitality truly made the difference. Without a doubt, I’ll be returning at least a few times a year. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Located in Puerto Cancun, easily the nicest area in town, this hotel enjoys an incredible location. While it's a bit removed from the hotel zone and some of the popular restaurants there, the setting more than makes up for it. The adjacent mall is beautiful and convenient, offering plenty to explore, and there’s a fantastic taco place just across the street. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the beach club due to limited availability, overall, the location and surroundings made for an outstanding stay.

We try 2 diferents all inclusive hotels before we coming back to Renaissance Cancun resort and my opinión was the best en Cancun, the room looking to the bay was great, the buffet for breakfast was excellent, the executive chef was very involved on the operation, Me Mario thank you very much, everyone at the front desk was great, the housekeeping was perfect, when you stay at the Renaissance you can go a Clubhouse next to Beach pools for family and adults only with restaurant and 2 bars , mr gil in the Clubhouse thanks, so Mario , Franck, Ivan, the front desk, the bar employees thank you very much make my family very happy. We coming back very soon
