Condo is totally renovated with 2 1/2 bathrooms, a kitchen with a full stove and oven, granite countertops, washer-dryer, and dishwasher. 2 flat screens smart TVs. 6 steps down to 3 pool. 2 with Jacuzzis, 1 child friendly. 5 steps to the white sandy beach. Gated complex with a tennis court. Exit the front gate to the luxury Kukulcan Mall with a new full-service grocery store, shops, restaurants, and food court. Walk 2 blocks to La Isla, an out door mall, located on the lagoon with 160 stores, restaurants and where you can even swim with the dolphins. We are located in the middle of the hotel zone.

Check in was easy and smooth with Elizabeth and host, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, this saved us some money on breakfast expenses prior to leaving for the day to enjoy paradise.The shopping center across the street has everything you need from cooking needs, swimming wear and great wine Will definitely come back and book again, cable ready, free WiFi and AC’s all work, plus hot water in shower as needed. The waves and the ocean were perfect, time went by to quick fir our 5 night 6 day stay. Thank you!

Excellent Condo On The Beach

Stayed in this lovely condo for a family vacation. It was perfect for the four of us (two adults and two teens). Quiet complex on a beautiful beach with three pools, and a snack bar at the main pool. The condo is just a few steps (stairs) down to the pool/beach. The condo was well-appointed and the beds very comfortable. The owner was extremely responsive, and when we arrived to find the water heater leaking she arranged to have it repaired immediately. There is an Oxxo convenience store 100’ away and a supermarket in the mall across the street. The bus stops in front of the mall, which made getting around the hotel zone very easy. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect…No car needed. Pools and beach are clean and inviting. We enjoyed the pool side restaurant & bar. Only complaint is the sheets on the bed are very scratch and some of the bed pillows smelled.

Quiet location on beach and shops nearby

Unit perfect for family of 4 with two teens. Soriana grocery store right across the street in the ‘mall/hospital building’ and Oxxo convenience store next door which was very convenient for getting groceries, snacks, etc. Beautiful view of beach, quiet beach location as far as number of people on the beach, and Villa Marlin provides loungers on the beach free of charge. Pools were nice (main pool lounge chairs were taken very early in the morning) but spots always available at the smaller pools on both ends of the property. Kitchen had all the items needed to prepare meals. We hired transport from the airport but used Uber to get to restaurants while there which was half the price of a cab. Host was very responsive (issues connecting to WiFi upon arrival and figuring out how to get sliding door open to patio), but resolved right away. Thank you for the stay!!

Absolutely top notch condo in fantastic location

Not a whole lot to add to others. This is just a perfect place - fantastic location in a great complex, right on a beautiful beach, the place is just loaded with everything you'd need, communication with host was fantastic. Absolutely would be back. We didn't have to walk more than 5-10 minutes to enjoy a lot of what Cancun has to offer. We would definitely r-book if we are back to Cancun.

Perfect Spot

This condo was perfect for my family of four. It is in a great location to several malls and a grocery store. The property has security 24-7, always felt safe. The sunrise each morning from the balcony was beyond. The kitchen has everything you could need to cook a meal. The host was responsive and even had a crockpot delivered when I asked if there was one prior to our arrival. We would stay here again!
