The host was good to communicate with on What’s app. But, upon arriving at the complex. We had no idea how to find our place! Security was no help. We wandered around for quite awhile. Finally got through to Janneth who tried to guide us through the complex. Finally found it. The location was incredible! But, then, more problems. No power to the fridge. No bedding for the pullout. Not enough towels. No water. No hot water. WiFi was not user friendly. I got ahold of Aldo who got Janneth to come over and fix things. She should have been there to meet us! I considered not writing this review at all. But, it is an easy fix, and a beautiful location! If they have Janneth meet you upon arrival, you will love it!

Definitely would recommend.

Right on the beach with access to a pool. Part of the Hotel Zone but quiet and not busy. Easy access to a supermarket and transportation (bus). Great A/C and nice to have two bathrooms with showers. Always felt safe.

Great Place to Stay

The property is a great location. Only a couple things make sure you take kitchen rags and towels for dishes etc, there was only one hand towel for 2 bathrooms and no face cloths. The shower seemed like it could use a good cleaning. Overall it was good. Just wish you could figure out a way to watch English on TV. I would recommend.

Excellent Stay

The property location as beautiful, convenient and as advertised. It was located right across the street from a shopping center that included groceries, a pharmacy and a convenient store. The location was also within walking distance or a short Uber ride to the La Isla mall and many great restaurants. Walk out the sliding glass door and you are literally steps away from the beautiful Caribbean sand and water. Our host, Janeth was accommodating, friendly and available when we needed her. Overall this was a great experience for us and we highly recommend this location.

Beautiful location

The location of this condo is amazing. You walk out your front door and you are on the beach. Very good security had no concerns about the neighborhood. Right across the street is a lovely shopping center that has a good grocery store. The mall also had a wonderful coffee shop. The downstairs in this condo is a little bit small. My husband and I moved the glass coffee table from the middle of the room over against the wall and it made the flow a little bit better. We were not able to operate the television either upstairs or downstairs. But the internet was amazing. Air conditioning upstairs and downstairs was greatly appreciated.

Inaccurate Listing Not 2 Bedrooms

The listing states 2 Bedrooms. It is not 2 bedrooms but 1 bedroom. The second bed is the sofa bed. The address is also not listed properly and took two hours to find the premises. The building is called Villa Playa. The kitchen is not well provisioned and needs more equipment if you plan to cook. Very dissappointing overall.

Wonderful Cancun

I can not wait to return to this beautiful place. I spent 4 days here and I wish it was 4 weeks. A birthday gift and the best ever. Property perfect and the beach was lovely. Food fantastic. Ben, the complex’s fantastic bar man/ tour manager… Now friend, made the stay excellent and helped us with anything that we needed. Thank you.

Fantastic Stay

Aldo’s property was exactly how the photo’s showed online. Great access to the beach, pools, & local shops nearby. Felt safe the entire stay as it is a fenced in property with guards there full time. Will definitely stay here again when I visit Cancun!

Write in front of the beach

This is a super cozy apartment. There are several pools next to the apartment. And the beach is right in front. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Aldo put me in contact with a cab company that took me from and to the airport.

Aldo and Z Janet were so helpful. Aldo answered all our questions before our stay and Janet was always helpful and attentive to our needs while we were there. The condo has gorgeous views. It’s just as pictured. So beautiful.

Couldn’t get any closer to the beach

Ok- here is a breakdown of What we think matters… closeness to the beach 10/10, aircon 10/10, water pressure 9/10, hot water good, English tv stations 3/10, in house amenities 8/10, no maid service in the week we were there. fabulous place, fabulous location -right on the beach, 5 minute walk to mall and bus. Sunrise view right on the beach!

Security guard at the entry and around the complex felt very safe. Spectacular beach/ocean views from living room and bedroom. Janeth was a very responsive property manager who kept in touch and answered all questions. Convenient access to shopping and restaurants in the area. Short drive or bus/taxi ride to main city and other shopping/restaurants. Great value! Muchas gracias!!!

Fabulous location

The property is just like the photographs. It was a fabulous holiday, 2 weeks spent in paradise with the ocean at your doorstep and the pool, which is very quiet and relaxing two doors down. There is a waiter from the snack bar walking and taking orders all day. The home was beautiful and cleans with everything you need. The owner even provided a shopping trolly to make it easy to pick up your shopping from across the road, that was a plus. Overall 10 plus rating. The host was fabulous and his assistant Jackie, thank you So much for being so helpful at all times. One thing, please provide a sink mat, table mats and coasters I was afraid to spoil your beautiful glass table. Believe me if there is anything you need just ask Jackie she will be right there at the door to provide. Thank you for a fabulous holiday we will be back, Sonia and Khushl
