We really enjoyed this property. We had 3 kids and my mother with us so it was accommodating and easy with kids and adults. Our kids enjoyed all the food and amenities and we enjoyed being able to relax and not have to worry about meals. They had some entertainment- not as much as the RUI facilities but our kids enjoyed bingo and beach volleyball. Over all we would go back and stay again

I go to Mexico twice a year, this is the first time and this hotel and I will NEVER return! We booked this hotel for the 3 bedroom suite option, it was the only good thing. Here are my negatives for the property: 1. Only one restaurant a night open with VERY limited capacity, and only buffet option on Sunday! Get used to the buffet! 2. The buffet serves the same food all the time, and it's literally only 4 main course options for dinner! Extremely limited in selection! 3. Staff in dining area RARELY helps, I always had to track down my own drinks and condiments. 3. Pools are small! and one is basically indoors without a roof over it. 4. All pools close at 8 pm and all bars are closed by 11pm. 5. Only options for in room fridge are water and soda 6. Any name brand liquor is considered high shelf and requires to be paid for! This includes basics like Captain Morgan. The property is clean, there are some good staff, however everything is so limited it's just not worth it! Spend an extra $100 or $200 a person and get 10x the experience!

Jordan (bar tender) and Enrique (pool drink runner) and Carmen (buffet worker) were FABULOUS! My husband and I thought they were amazing. The staff otherwise was very quiet and not that friendly. The food was very bland. Room service knocked on our door every day at 8:30 which was way too early. The property was very clean though. Good music by the pool.

The beach is the cleanest in the area, so nice! The staff (both housekeeping and restaurant) are very friendly, courteous and efficient - made us feel very welcome! The food was good too, just a minor suggestion: breakfast buffet could benefit from some veggies for breakfast. Just a heads up, the neighboring adults only resort has super loud music late at night, but thankfully it didn’t bother us (we are heavy sleepers). Overall a very pleasant stay, thank you!

It was my first time going on vacation let alone anywhere and I can not believe how amazing this hotel made my experience. I felt safe and content with staff and the area. There was lots to walk close by or just a quick taxi or local bus away. Even the option to use rental scooters or their version of uber. Staff was friendly and helpful. Property activities staff participated and made it fun. I can’t wait to come back.

Had a wonderful time at this all-inclusive resort, the beach was very nice although a little small but you can walk to the surrounding beaches from there. The food was absolutely wonderful and I cannot complain at all. The room also was smaller BUT I had the cheapest option, so definitely could have gotten a bigger room if I had paid for it, I also didn’t mind because I was only with my wife, so it wasn’t a big deal. Aside from those two things, the beach being a little small and the room. Everything was absolutely amazing
