Dissapointed

The hotel itself is beautiful with great views of the river and oh so famous bridge. We were very dissapointed that we had no access to the swimming pool, garden, and the restraunt was closed since they were hosting a wedding. A quick email from them would have been appreciated telling us about this since we booked months in advance - and no offered discount either. Very dissapointed child as the pool and outdoor space was the main reason we paid more and booked this hotel. There is no parking on site (except 90min max outside... enough to drop your bags) but there is free parking in the city despite what the management tells you - google it, 5 min walk up the hill. Be aware that the parking in front is not available Sunday due to the market, we had a not so fun walk up the hill with our bags!

Retrouver le goût d antan

Hôtel atypique resté à l ancienne , chambre spacieuse. Restaurant très moyen, dommage que le menu ne soit pas plus typique. Très basic .

Bien, pero ......

Solo dos cosas que no nos han gustado: - Nunca había nadie en la recepción. Da mala imagen entrar y salir de un Hotel como "Pedro por su casa" sin ningún tipo de personal a la vista". Habías de hacer varias intentonas hasta encontrar a alguien si querías comentar algo o pedir lo que fuera. - Hemos pasado frío (bastante) en la habitación. Han bajado las temperaturas éstos días y el Hotel no abrío la calefacción. Excepto en la cama (por las mantas) no se podía estar del frío, y no digo nada ya en el baño. Si no querían encender la calefacción, por lo menos haber dado algun tipo de solución (calefactor portátil o algo así). Se les dijo un par de veces, y contestaron que "lo mirarían", y al final nada. El resto, todo perfecto. Recomendable con la confianza de que no pasen cosas como éstas....

No volvere

La verdad es que si vuelvo por Camprodon no ire al mismo hotel. Calidad-precio es Muy caro. Hotel antiguo, por lo cual prestaciones e instalaciones dejan que desear. Camas individuales, media bañera,mi pareja y Yo nos despertamos a media noche de la calor en la habitacion, y eso que ella siempre tiene frio. Esta bien que no haga frio, pero eso era demasiado. Lo que si me gusto es el trato personal.

Fuimos a pasar un fin de semana y nos encontramos con la sorpresa de un hotel familiar y muy acogedor. Habitaciones limpias y atencion muy amable. La comida muy buena. Repetiremos.
