Make yourself at home in this fully-equipped studio at LIFE Bucerías, a luxury development in the heart of the Golden Zone of Bucerías, just steps away from a beautiful beach and close to great restaurants of all kinds of food. Enjoy your private pool-view balcony, don't miss a day of training in the on-site gym and relax in the jacuzzi and pool area. The studio has a queen-size bed, a Smart TV, a ceiling fan, air conditioning, closet space, a full bathroom with a "rain" type shower, a table for meals with two seats, and a private pool-view balcony with outdoor chairs. The kitchenette is equipped with a small electric stove, microwave oven, a minifridge, a toaster, a blender, a coffee maker, kettle, and has all the basics for cooking and eating such as glasses, plates, cups, pans and pots, kitchen utensils, etc. There are beach chairs and umbrella available for guests inside the apartment. All guests have access to the pool/jacuzzi and gym areas on the 1st floor of the building. The on-site Concierge team will be available during your stay at the Bay Property & Rentals office from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and over the phone. The atmosphere surrounding LIFE Bucerías reflects the local scene: a relaxed and friendly beach paradise perfect to experience the magic of the colorful streets, the traditional casitas, the famous Art Walk, local craft markets, and numerous 5-star restaurants. Add all these to a beautiful 5-mile-long beach to live the perfect getaway in the heart of the Riviera Nayarit. Bucerías is a small fishing town just half an hour north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport. The Golden Zone is a picturesque area that is easy to explore walking and on a bicycle, perfect for admiring the colors, flavors, and all the charm of Bucerías. LIFE Bucerias is near "Riviera Nayarit" Boulevard, where you can catch public transportation during the day, and Taxi and Uber services are available 24/7. *There is one cleaning service included for every seven nights of stay. If you stay for less than seven nights and want a cleaning service it can be scheduled for an additional cost. *This apartment DOES NOT have a reserved parking space. You can rent one for 150 pesos per night (subject to availability).
