"We loved the hotel until we came home and realized my husbands Gucci sunglasses were stolen along with the other sunglasses case he had . We were only there 24 hours so when we got home we realized the sunglasses were gone . We had emptied out our bag on the bed when we arrived and then left the hotel to go shopping the sunglasses were left on the bed in their case . We were in room 209. Be careful as the sh are thieves in this hotel . It’s a shame bc the hotel was beautiful. This has never happened to us and we go on vacation every year . "

"The Zocalo Central is an amazing hotel with great and friendly staff that facilitated everything from finding new places to eat, to go visit, and the transportation. The place is clean, quiet, and very safe to walk around the area. Breakfast was very delicious with a good variety of food and drinks. I would definitely stay there on my next visit to Mexico City."
