I enjoyed our stay there. Staff were great and hotel rooms are comfortable. Unfortunately their parking is limited, so they might have you park in a different hotel that is around the corner if their parking is full. I wish they had a way to let you know in advance. Their breakfast buffet is one to try.

The check-in process was less than ideal. As Expedia VIP members, we were given a “room upgrade” to a suite upon arrival. However, the suite was located near rooms undergoing renovations, and the only window was covered with a piece of wood, presumably due to the construction. We spoke with the front desk to request a different room and were moved to another suite on the top floor. Unfortunately, this room had its own issues—the A/C barely worked, there was no safe, and the door handle to the rooftop patio was broken, making it impossible to lock. Worse, the handle frequently fell off, creating a risk of being trapped outside with no way to get back in. After a couple of hours of waiting, we were finally moved to a third suite, which was much better. We had no further issues, though the bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the room lacked a refrigerator.

Hubiera sido mucho mejor si tuviera suficiente cupo del estacionamiento en el hotel, como no se pudo estacionar en el hotel, se tuvo que mover hasta el otro hotel del mismo grupo y como viajamos con mis hijos pequeños y eso me pareció poco conveniente, adicional a eso, en la noche que me acordé de que se me olvidó un cargador de telefono dentro de mi coche, eso tambien fue un inconveniente ya que tuve que caminar hasta el otro hotel y no me dejó entrar al estacionamiento para que el guardia me abriera el coche y buscara el cargador.

Amazing location for the price - you're able to easily explore Roma Norte, Condesa, and Chapultepec by foot. The rooms are old but comfy and clean enough. Staff is friendly. There could be better sound proofing in the rooms - it's easy to hear sounds from outside, in the hall, and from other rooms. The shower had low water pressure and the provided amenities (shampoo, soap, towels) are low quality. Overall, good value for a great location!

Location is very convenient and close to everything. And it is cheap. However, you get what you pay for. The conditions of the hotel is not very good. Things are getting old. The air conditioning looks like 50 years old and makes a very loud sound when it is on. The sound proofing is also not good and I can pretty much hear people’s conversation at night. The staff are all very friendly and nice though.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable. No coffee/tea for guests. No ice machine (not sure how badly I want that in Mexico anyway, but it would’ve been nice so I can keep beverages on ice). Have you ever been to a big city where you’re walking through the streets and you all of the sudden smell what is certainly a sewer nearby? Well, that same smell came into my room in the middle of the night several times throughout my stay and woke me up. The walls and floors are paper-thin. Fortunately I didn’t have any neighbors close enough for it to wake me up or keep me up, but it’s something to be mindful of. Thankfully it was a relatively clean property and turndown service was consistent. I probably wouldn’t stay here again. It’s not bad if you’re in town for a night or two, but I was here 9 nights and found myself wishing I’d have researched hotels more thoroughly before booking.

It's a basic hotel, the staff was friendly and accommodating. This is a no frills hotel. The food and coffee were excellent. The only takeaway was the smell coming from the AC. They were doing some construction.
