This hotel location’s is super convenient. Close to Chapultepec park and lots of restaurants. Priced is reasonable for the accommodations. The hotel is a little outdated but still is comfy. The bellman was very attentive and respectful, as well as the receptionist and supervisor. We had a bad moment with the waitress that the hotel supervisor was quick to address.

Location great/old hotel

The location of this hotel is great—very convenient and close to everything I needed. However, the hotel itself is quite old, and the room reflected that: everything from the furniture to the shower looked very dated. For two people, we were only given two towels. While they were clean, they were thin and clearly old, which was disappointing. Overall, the stay didn’t meet my expectations, and I don’t think I’ll choose this hotel again for future trips.

Excellent place to stay for an affordable price. I think the best of all, is the location... although the hotel is kinda old, some equipments can be improved so it gets even better. Service is quite good, all the personal is kind and friendly.

The hotel was very nice in a nice area, the only thing I didn’t like was when we asked for tourist attractions we weren’t given any brochures with options and we had to go someplace else for that.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. . Location is excellent. TV had no English speaking channels. AC control did not work properly. Could hear conversations of my neighbors. Elevators kept breaking. Had 2 bottles of water everyday. Bathroom amenities were good.
