"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our one bedroom suite was spacious and clean. Loved having a mini bar area with a separate table (and Nespresso 🙂). The hotel is in a convenient location to many stores and dining options, park your car and explore the City by foot. There is a terrific kids playground about a block away. Staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful and made the stay very pleasant. "

"Nice place to stay. It is directly across the Black Ball Ferry drive off exit. It is on the small side. The elevators are a bit slow and one was out of order most of the time we were there. Not to much of a delay though. Our room was clean and roomy. The bed was in an upstairs loft, it was a bit inconvenient maneuvering down the slightly steep stairs, if you had to use the bathroom during the night. The cleaning staff was always hard at work from early morning to late in the afternoon slowing the elevators some. Breakfast was good, a bit awkward set up that caused some confusion knowing which way the line flowed. You had to pour your coffee and add your crwam and sugar to it at the counter which slowed things down. There was not any sugar at the tables or packets to grab and finish making your coffee to your liking at the table, maybe having some at each table would ease some of the congestion. Location is great and easy to walk to the many attractions nearby."
