The Fuchsias - a holiday cottage that sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms

The Fuchsias is a spacious Mobility 3 graded well equipped self-catering cottage situated with two other cottages in a recently renovated barn conversion. Close to the spectacular west coast of the Isle of Man with coastal paths, secluded bays, hills and panoramic views on the doorstep. It is the perfect location for those looking for a quiet and peaceful base to experience the great outdoors.

The Fuchsias sleeps six people in three bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. The ground floor bedroom is a twin room, and the two first floor bedrooms can be configured either as super-kingsize double rooms, or as twin bedrooms. The ground floor is wheelchair friendly and features an accessible wet room, the property is equipped with the nurse call pull cord system in the ground floor rooms. There is underfloor heating powered by an air source heat pump.

The cottage shares a gym, sauna, hot tub and steam room with the other cottages in the barn conversion which can be booked for private use at various times during your stay.

For larger groups this property can be booked alongside The Swallows and The Hawthorns which are interlinking and each also sleep 6 people. This is the middle cottage of the three.

Kitchen/Dining area: Located on the ground floor, Low level worktops, Electric oven, electric hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, dining table & six chairs

Lounge: Located on the ground floor. Two settees, Easy chair, TV & DVD player, coffee table.

Bedroom 1: Located on the ground floor, Twin beds, bedside cabinet, dressing table, wardrobe

Ensuite: Accessible Wetroom, shower, w.c., basin, shower wheelchair provided.

Bedroom 2: Located on the first floor, Ziplink beds that can be configured as either a Twin or Super-King size double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe

Bedroom 3: Located on the first floor, Ziplink beds that can be configured as either a Twin or Super-King size double bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, wardrobe

Leisure area: With gym (open 8am - 8pm), Steam room, Sauna and Hot tub (open 9am - 8pm, later by request). Towels are provided. Induction to facilities required.

Family Bathroom: Located on the first floor, bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin with vanity unit.

Parking: Parking available in the car park for the cottages. Including Electric car charge point.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am

Accessibility: The Fuchsias is wheelchair accessible. The property is based over two levels however all amenities are located on the ground floor, including a bedroom. A wheelchair can be made available to guests on request.

Damage: Important! We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we now take a £35 fee from each booking as a damage waiver. This is included in the price you pay and covers you for up to £500 worth of accidental damages to the property that could occur whilst you are staying.
