"Among other issues, the lobby smelled like marijuana on arrival, there was no hot water, there was a hair in the towel, a pubic hair in the bed, and a used q-tip in the hallway. I left the hotel after one hour and asked for my money back. I was denied. I was told that the reason for the room condition, including the pubic hair in the bed, was that the staff had 43 rooms to clean. It's my opinion that they only cleaned 42."

"I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience due to continuous noise disturbances caused by a dog staying in a neighboring room. For two consecutive nights, the dog barked repeatedly, especially during the night and early morning hours. The noise made it extremely difficult for me to sleep and significantly affected the quality of my stay. I chose your hotel expecting a quiet and comfortable environment, but the constant barking made this impossible. I understand that some guests travel with pets; however, the noise should be properly managed to avoid disturbing other guests. I believe the situation should have been addressed promptly once the disturbance became apparent. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve noise control measures so future guests will not have the same experience. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your response."
