Apartamento muy bien situado, en muy buen estado. Totalmente equipado, muy confortable, en un lugar privilegiado para disfrutar de unas vacaciones en la playa o como estancia para TELETRABAJO y con grandes posibilidades de ocio, ideal para una o dos personas, o pareja con hijos pequeños.
Disponible ajuar. Posibilidad de Alarma y Wifi o Internet. El apartamento es lo suficientemente amplio para tener una estancia cómoda y agradable.
En el dormitorio hay una cama de matrimonio. En el salón disponen de un sofá y una cama de 90 doble. Dispone de todo el ajuar doméstico necesario para tener una estancia muy agradable (ajuar de cocina, ropa de cama y toallas).
La cocina está totalmente equipada con frigorífico, lavavajillas, placa vitrocerámica y horno, cafetera, tostadora y horno microondas. Dispone de lavadora y un tendedero ideal para las toallas húmedas de la playa y la ropa que necesiten lavar.
El apartamento dispone de aparcamiento privado en superficie.
NO SE PERMITEN MASCOTAS O ANIMALES DE COMPAÑÍA. No se permite fumar en el interior del apartamento, dispone de una amplia terraza para tal fin. Tendrán total acceso a la piscina, pista deportiva y jardines, respetando en todo momento las normas de convivencia y de la comunidad.
Se encuentra situado a escasos metros de la playa, en una zona con numerosas actividades deportivas en la misma playa. Cerca se encuentra el campo de golf y el jardín botánico ideal para pasear. Además de tener tiendas y supermercados a los que se puede ir andando, hay numerosos centros comerciales a escasos minutos en coche. El Hospital con urgencias está a apenas diez minutos en coche. Junto al edificio hay paradas de dos líneas de tren ligero y autobuses que conectan con el centro de Alicante y alrededores, así como parada de taxis.
Hay carril bici por toda la zona.

10 day break

So glad we chose this place very comfortable with everything you could need Jesus was there to meet us and gave us the run down of the property . It was a short walk to one of the best beaches that we have ever been on in Spain ,that you can see from the balcony, plenty of places to eat n drink and shop would recomend this place and i am shure we will be back , one of the most relaxing places I've stade.Thank again Jesus hope to return soon.

Beach time

Apt is very close to the beach but half hour tram ride to Alicante centre. Enjoyed apt, which has everything one needs but bring your own spices etc if you intend to use the kitchen or buy them on arrival. Great place for beach holiday.
