Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel
Some staff in the reservation counter are rude and just put us in a not so clean room. No view when we were supposed to get one. For $200 not worth it. Maybe if they can correct this and make it right with a refund we would consider coming back and making a new review. As of now, never again.

Isleta Resort and Casino
Loved staying at Isleta Casino! We stayed during Christmas time and the beautiful tree they have in the lobby was beautiful to look at. The staff was always kind and attentive.

This is a solid 3. I checked in and got a dirty room. Management was quick to fix it but shouldn’t have happened. The room I ended up with was clean but there small things like air vent filters (under the sink in the bathroom) that needed severe cleaning. The business station was down. The WiFi was ...

Did not feel safe. Sketchy neighborhood. Room heat was not working properly. Front desk lent us a space heater to make it thru the night. Never again!

Nativo Lodge Hotel Albuquerque
