도착시 현관에 아무도없음 짐을직접내려서 끌고감. 체크아웃할때도 짐을 도와주는사람없음 방청소는 오후 4시에야 이루어짐 니코 호텔 비치카지가는 버기는 보이지않고 30분마다 운행하는것으로 바뀜. 저녁 부페는 예전보다 맛이없음. 체크아웃 준비가 늦어질것 같아 한시간의 여유를 달라했는데 한마디로 체크인할 투숙객이있어 안됀다함. 좀늦을수도 있지만 예의상 아침먹고 올라가면서 요청한건데. 4번째 투숙이었는데 기분이 나쁨

Hoshino Resorts RISONARE Guam
The hotel is going through a refurbishment. Once finished, no doubt this would be a proper 4 star (or more) again. Now, it was clean enough and staff is very friendly. We spent most of our time exploring the island by rental car.
