Amazing time in Tivoli, a beautiful hotel but the staff definitely made it - so helpful, pleasant and welcoming. Pool facilities were excellent. We only had the garden room but it was lovely, and was cleaned very thoroughly every day.

Took over an hour on arrival to check in, got up to room and there were hairs everywhere and on bed lining. Woke up the following morning and there were ants on the bedside tables. Location was good, breakfast was ok and lifts were quick. Would not be back.

"Rooms and hotel as a whole are clean and staff are attentive and pleasant. However, I would say amenities are not on a 4 star level and the thing that lets it down the most is the food (especially if you are vegetarian). We were all inclusive and still ate out for more than half of our meals. Breakfast is the only decent meal in the hotel."
