Excellent hotel and staff and location

An excellent hotel, really smart and spacious. Staff are very friendly and helpful, every one of them. The food was fabulous every day with good variety. The location on the SW of the island is perfect for watching a lovely sunset over La Gomera each evening. €40 taxi to/from the airport takes under 30 minutes.

We’ve stayed here twice now. It’s an ideal place to stay for a few quiet days of relaxing in the sun by one of the pools. There are beaches not far off, but the hotel is on a hill, so the walk can be hard work in hot weather, although the hotel does offer a shuttle service. The rooms a lovely, although old fashioned, but very clean and comfortable - excellent comfortable beds. Also terrific buffet breakfasts to be enjoyed alfresco and I’d recommend half board as the evening meal (also a buffet) is worth having. We will return!

Very enjoyable stay

Very nice hotel, lovely sunbathing spaces and pools, attentive friendly staff. Our slight negatives, our side view balcony room had a solid wall to the balcony so when sat down or on sunbed on balcony there was little view to be had. We got food cooking smells early morning from the kitchen , they were preparing breakfast foods, there was little evening entertainment apart from musicians playing in the evening buffet. Walk into town and seafront easy going down hill but more taxing on the return journey uphill. They did have a free shuttle both ways so we booked the return journey three times which was free of charge. Overall a very nice hotel we would happily stay again.

it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Check-in was seamless, and I was greeted with a warm smile and a refreshing welcome drink. We were also upgraded. The room was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities I could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail with the turn down. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The pool area was pristine and perfect for relaxation. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional service. We had a lovely 8 days here. The staff were excellent, starting with a lovely welcome. Our room was lovely, beds comfortable and the room, indeed the hotel generally was kept spotlessly clean! It’s not near any restaurants though, which is something to keep in mind if that’s what you’re considering. We ended up paying for the buffet every evening, which turned out to be a good option - lots of choice. There are multiple pools to lounge about and plenty of sun beds. There is a cafe/bar service on hand all day around the pools and the food is of high quality. The breakfast, also a buffet, is served in the same place as dinner, which is on a terrace with fabulous views over the pools and palm trees of the hotel, and beyond to the sea and distant La Gomera. It’s a beautiful way to have a meal and a great place to watch the sun set! We had a glorious 8 days there, which is possibly a bit long in one place for us, but we would stay again!

We stayed here in September due to our original holiday falling through. We know Costa Adeje really well but this hotel was never on my radar. It’s an absolutely stunning hotel, with really pretty grounds. It’s extremely chilled and peaceful. What I would say is there isn’t much for children to do, that wasn’t an issue for us and we only saw 3 children there in our weeks stay. But the hotel I would say is more for couples. We only stayed B&B so can’t comment too much on the food side of the stay. The breakfasts were lovely with lots of choice. We would go back to this hotel.
